Positions for which we may have openings include: 

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging patients, filling prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance.  The CSR  will assume the responsibility for acquiring the medical and legal information necessary for the performance of their duties.

VETERINARY TECHNICIANS

Technicians are responsible for hospital maintenance, assisting the doctors, laboratory procedures, radiology, client communication, medical procedures, pharmacy, operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory, daily treatment and monitering of hospitalized patients, rehabilitation, assisting in the operating room and maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs.

VETERINARIAN ASSISTANTS

Veterinary assistants' responsibilities include and are not limited to animal handling and restraint, bathing and grooming, cleaning, care and feeding of patients and boarders, laundry, kennel work, waste disposal, patient monitoring and care, assisting with X-rays, admitting animals for hospital care or boarding, retrieving animals to go home, client communication, and assisting the technicians and doctors with any treatments, medications, or any other duties needed.
